FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Operator II to safely operate High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp, and Double Fork trucks for receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. The role emphasizes product safety, quality, and compliance, with duties ranging from picking to cycle counts.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred) and 1+ years of powered equipment experience; PPE and fall protection are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years' experience with daily power equipment operations; 6 months minimum.
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to operate powered complex material handling equipment (High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp, Double Fork).
• Not afraid of working at extended heights.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Use of wire guidance systems for navigating narrow aisles where applicable.
• Loading and unloading pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines, by hand or equipment.
• Sorting, building and wrapping products with pallets to ensure compliance with customer expectations.
• Maintain accuracy of storage locations by performing daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance tasks.
• Adhering to strict OSHA safety rules.
