Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Operator II to safely operate advanced powered material handling equipment for receiving, storage and order fulfillment at our Edwardsville facility.

You will perform case picking, pallet handling, and cycle counting while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role requires care with equipment at height and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years' experience with daily power equipment operations; 6 months minimum.
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to operate powered complex material handling equipment (High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp and Double Fork Truck).
• Not afraid of working at extended heights.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Load/unload pallets and cases from trucks and conveyors.
• Maintain accuracy of storage locations with daily cycle counts.
