NFI Industries is seeking a Forklift Operator II to safely operate forklift equipment in a busy warehouse in Perris, California. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient handling of goods through the facility.

Responsibilities include order picking, staging shipments, inventory reconciliation, and use of RF scanners. Candidates should have 2+ years forklift experience and be able to pass certification, with a focus on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years forklift operation experience.
• Must qualify and pass NFI forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math

Responsibilities

• Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following established work practices and safety procedures.
• Completes and documents required pre-operation inspection forms for equipment.
• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated rack locations.
• Unloads inbound shipments safely and transports product to assigned storage locations.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares products for outbound shipment.
• Verifies that the correct quantity and product type are loaded and shipped.
• Performs order picking in an accurate, timely, and customer-service-focused manner.
• Moves product from staging or storage areas into trailers for outbound loads.
• Maintains required documentation and reports to support inventory accuracy and product security.
• Assists with physical inventory counts and periodic cycle counts as directed.
• Uses RF scanning devices to support accurate inventory management.
• Reports safety concerns, hazards, or incidents to management promptly.
