Job summary

NFI Industries is hiring a Forklift Operator II to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a warehouse. The role requires operating several forklift types safely while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Up to 50% of time is spent operating forklifts as core duties. Responsibilities include pre-operation inspections, stacking, unloading, outbound staging, RF scanning, and accurate order picking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years forklift operation experience.
• Must qualify and pass forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Completes pre-operation inspection forms for equipment.
• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated rack locations.
• Unloads inbound shipments and transports product to storage locations.
• Performs order picking and moves product to trailers for outbound loads.
• Uses RF scanners to support inventory accuracy.
• Maintains documentation for inventory control and security.
