NFI Industries is seeking a Forklift Operator II to move, locate, stack and count merchandise in a warehouse. You will operate multiple forklift types and may assist with order filling while maintaining safety, productivity, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years forklift operation experience preferred.
• Must qualify and pass forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently following safety procedures.
• Completes pre-operation inspection forms for equipment.
• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated locations.
• Unloads inbound shipments and moves products to storage areas.
• Picks orders accurately and prepares products for outbound shipment.
• Verifies correct quantity and product type for shipments.
• Maintains documentation to support inventory accuracy and security.
• Assists with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
