Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a distribution center material handler to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will process and move merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role involves operating RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems, with responsibilities spanning receiving, stacking, packing, staging, and shipping activities.

Qualifications

• Match numerical and alphabetical information accurately.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement.
• Process hazardous material handling and disposal per safety standards.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
