Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Springfield, MO is seeking a Forklift Operator to support our warehouse operations. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment to move, stock, and count inventory, following GMP and safety standards.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll meet productivity targets, perform quality checks, and maintain clean, organized work areas across multi-temperature environments.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Must be able to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds and work in multi‑temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to move inventory.
• Locate slots, load pallets, and enter product data into system.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock according to FIFO/expiry.
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete paperwork and perform housekeeping and inspections as required.
