Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a forklift operator for a fast-paced food production facility. You will safely operate a forklift, load/unload products, and perform QA checks to prevent damage.

The role requires several years of warehouse experience, ability to work in 35–40°F, and 8–12 hour shifts. The position is in Britt, IA, with a 1st shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, at $19.89 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proven work history in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Ability to operate forklift safely and competently.
• Stamina to stand 8–12 hours in a 35–40°F environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, load, and unload products.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report defects.
• Ship and receive products with QA checks to prevent damage.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse with pallets off the floor.
• Document and complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate with office staff to resolve discrepancies.
