Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of forklift or material handling experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Capable of lifting and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory tracking.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers using proper safety procedures.
• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products as directed.
• Stage materials for shipping or storage according to work orders and schedules.
• Inspect forklifts daily and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain accurate inventory by scanning, labeling, and recording materials as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Assist in general warehouse and production support duties when required.
• Keep aisles, staging areas, and work zones clean and free of obstructions.
