Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock team. You will efficiently sort, load, and unload palletized and non-palletized freight, using forklift and pallet jack equipment.

You’ll secure cargo in trailers and follow safety policies on a non-climate controlled dock, with scanning via handheld devices and adapting to variable shift schedules. Pay starts at $22.85/hour with comprehensive benefits starting Day One, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Available to work a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends) due to varying freight volumes.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use pallet jack and forklift and other equipment.
• Secure freight inside trailers with appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and follow company safety policies.
