Job summary

XPO is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to efficiently sort, handle, and move freight on our dock. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, load and unload trailers, and scan shipments while maintaining safety standards.

This role offers a daytime/afternoon schedule (M–F) with comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and education assistance to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math with or without a calculator.
• Willing to work varied shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight efficiently.
• Operate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers and follow safety policies.
