Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, in our Springfield, MO warehouse. You will operate forklift and pallet jack to move and stock products, maintain safety and GMP standards, and support efficient distribution.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 90 pounds, and often multi-temperature environments. Day-to-day duties include locating storage slots, replenishing pick slots, inspecting items, and completing paperwork with accuracy while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Must be able to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; lift up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper storage slots and set pallets in place using forklift or hand stack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock per next day's work orders.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots; rotate stock as needed.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE; keep work area clean.
• Complete required paperwork and vehicle inspection checks.
