Rehrig Pacific is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals to join our operations team as Forklift Operators, a vital role that keeps production moving and customers satisfied.

Shifts are Saturday to Monday, 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM with a pay rate of $20/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance; Paid Time Off; Holidays; 401k/ESOP; profit sharing; tuition reimbursement and more.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred
• Willingness to learn and get certified if needed
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts
• Follow safety protocols to achieve zero incidents
• Sort pallets by product specifications and ensure quality
• Maintain production pace to meet daily goals
• Keep workspace clean and organized with 'Clean as You Go' practices
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions on shift
