Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals for our operations team as Forklift Operators. This role supports production by loading and unloading materials and helping maintain a clean, organized workspace. Shift: Tuesday-Friday 4:30pm-3:00am, four 10-hour shifts.

Pay: $18.00 per hour. We offer great benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k & ESOP, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training available if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
