Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking energetic forklift operators for the night shift (Tuesday–Friday, 4 pm–2:30 am) to move materials, load/unload trailers, and support production. Pay is $17/hour along with a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

We value safety, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Prior forklift experience and certification are preferred, but training is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred; training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load/unload and move materials safely.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Sort pallets by product specs and support production pace.
• Meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency; lift up to 70 lbs.
