Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is hiring for a Forklift Operator to support our operations team. Earn $19/hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Load, unload, and move materials safely while keeping production lines running smoothly. We train and certify when needed and value teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe, incident-free shift.
• Sort pallets and support production with quality checks.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized using the Clean as You Go approach.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions as required.
