Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energized, safety-minded individuals for a Forklift Operator role on the Thursday–Sunday shift (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM). The position offers $17.50/hour with a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k & ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but training can be provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations is beneficial.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized while working safely.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions as needed.
