Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking energetic forklift operators for Friday–Sunday shifts, 3:30 pm to 4 am. Pay is $18.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement. You will load and unload, sort pallets, and help keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required; certification preferred, but training available.
• Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials with forklift precision to support production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized following 'Clean as You Go' practice.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout shift.
