Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is looking for energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our operations team in a role that keeps production running smoothly and customers satisfied.

The position involves loading and unloading with forklifts, maintaining safety standards, and supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll work Monday to Thursday from 4:30 pm to 3:15 am, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k/ESOP, profit

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred — but we’ll train and certify you if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and help production.
• Follow all safety protocols to help maintain zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets according to product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized through a "Clean as you go" approach.
• Be prepared for physical work, including lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions.
