Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock team. You will efficiently sort, load and unload freight, using pallet jacks and forklifts, while ensuring safety and accuracy on a non climate-controlled dock.

The position pays from $22.85 per hour with afternoon shifts (M-F 15:00-21:00) and offers benefits for those scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week. Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to perform basic math.
• Able to work various shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends.
• Preferred: dock/warehouse experience in transportation.
• Forklift experience in freight/LTL environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload freight efficiently.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers with proper tools.
• Scan shipments with handheld devices.
• Work on non climate-controlled docks.
