Job summary

XPO Logistics Freight Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to efficiently sort, handle, load and unload freight on a dock. The role uses forklift and pallet jack and requires attention to safety.

Pay starts at $22.85/hour with full health insurance on day one, life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match and education assistance. Shift variety including days/evenings/nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Willingness to work various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends).
• Experience preferred in dock/warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate motorized and manual equipment including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
• Follow safety policies to work efficiently on the dock.
• Scan and track shipments with handheld devices.
