Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to complete forklift training, evaluation, and certification before operation.
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety instructions and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Transport and stage production materials and finished goods.
• Verify product identification, labeling, and load accuracy before shipment.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report any unsafe equipment or conditions.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shipping documentation.
• Adhere to SQF, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
