Job summary

Southeastern Container, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial trucks and support manufacturing, warehousing, and shipping operations on site.

You will move bottles, preforms, packaging materials, and production supplies while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The role requires the ability to perform pre-shift inspections, follow PPE rules, and work in a fast-paced plant environment with 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to complete powered industrial truck training and certification.
• Ability to read safety instructions, work procedures and shipping docs.
• Experience with inventory, shipping docs, cycle counts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Transport finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Load/unload trailers and stage materials for production/shipping.
• Verify product labeling and shipment accuracy; assist with inventory checks.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report equipment concerns.
