Job summary

ALPLA Group in Saint Peters, MO seeks a Warehouse Associate to help ensure on-time shipping and accurate material handling in a fast-paced, safety‑driven facility. You will contribute to inventory accuracy and reliable order fulfillment.

You will operate basic warehouse equipment, follow SOPs for receiving and shipping, maintain housekeeping, and uphold safety standards while supporting team goals and quality control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred.
• Safety awareness and quality consciousness required.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service to ensure on-time shipping.
• Prepare finished product for shipment to customers.
• Follow warehouse receiving and shipping procedures.
• Accurately record and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Record and manage corrugated and plastic packaging materials from receipt to production.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Adhere to safety practices including forklift safety checks and PPE usage.

What Will You Enjoy Doing

Main Responsibilities:

• Part of customer service to ensure shipping on time
• Preparing finished product to ship to customer
  • Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity (Checking for damages as well as count)
• Following warehouse receiving and shipping procedures
  • Accurately records and stores raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse
  • Accurately handles and records all corrugated and plastic packaging products from receipt to storage and then to production
• Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse
• Ensure adherence to all safety practice like but not limited to:
  • Forklift and dock doors safety check lists.
  • Ensure usage of proper PPE
  • Communicate any unsafe conditions or behavior.
  • Adherence to golden safety rules.

What Makes You Great
