Job summary

ALPLA is seeking a manufacturing professional to join our production and packaging teams. You will manage line operations, ensure correct quantities, and record outputs while contributing to quality assurance on the shift.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement with hands-on training and growth opportunities. A high school diploma and basic mechanical skills are required, with preferred plastics industry background.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Background in Plastics Industry preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrated mechanical ability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall line operations from production to packaging.
  • Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with specifications.
  • Accurately record goods produced and problems encountered during shift.
  • Assist with mold/color changes and support the Mold Change Team as needed.
  • Maintain good housekeeping within the department.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
