Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move, stack, load, and organize products and materials.
• Receive, pick, pack, label, and prepare warehouse materials for shipment.
• Complete inventory counts, stock checks, audits, and basic material verification tasks.
• Process returns, warehouse transfers, and material movement requests accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
• Follow warehouse procedures to support efficient daily operations and on-time order fulfillment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $20 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Six days per week will be required for the first 2 months.
• Contract duration: Through March 2027, with possible extension.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, stack, and organize materials.
• Pick, pack, label, receive, ship, and transfer warehouse inventory.
• Support inventory counts, returns processing, audits, and stock verification.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse workspace.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, forklift, equipment operation, or material handling experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or warehouse operations environment.
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and warehouse transfers.
• Forklift certification or prior formal forklift training.
• Flexibility to work six days per week during the first 2 months of the assignment.
