Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Forklift Operator in Brooklyn Park, MN. This long-term role offers a day shift, Monday–Friday, 12pm-9pm, with a $21.00 hourly pay rate. You will operate warehouse equipment, unload/load trucks, and manage warehouse systems to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years forklift experience, be able to lift up to 70 lbs, and meet physical requirements. Basic computer skills and reliable attendance are essential.

Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 12pm-9pm

Pay: $21.00

What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator:

• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, push carts)
• Unloading and loading trucks
• Store products and update our warehouse management system
• Select, pack, and palletize customer orders; assist with shipments
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and perform daily safety checks

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of Forklift operation experience - order pickers, reach trucks, and bendi forklifts.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: lifting up to 70 lbs, cutting wire, climbing ladders, and comfortable with heights!
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills and use of a hand held scanner
• Your own ankle-high steel-toe work boots (required). Client provides all other PPE and tools.
