The role emphasizes strong leadership, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with vendors to maintain a high-performing warehouse environment in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.
• Proficiency with WMS and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
• Lead warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment; enforce safety protocols.
• Ensure OSHA and site safety standards are followed; conduct safety checks.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts; oversee cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
