Job summary

5th HQ is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will safely transport materials, load and unload trucks, and help maintain an organized workspace to meet daily fulfillment goals.

The role requires standing for extended periods, paying close attention to safety, and working well with a team to ensure accurate inventory and efficient operations. Valid forklift certification and prior warehouse experience are preferred, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down) to move materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks or containers, ensuring proper placement and handling of goods.
• Perform daily inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and stocking shelves.
