Connect Staffing is seeking a reliable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the North Houston area. You will lead a team, supervise receiving, shipping, inventory, and ensure safety and accuracy in records and tasks.

The role requires forklift certification, strong leadership, and good computer skills. You will interact with customers, maintain organized processes, and help keep a clean, efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or lead experience required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Microsoft Office and email experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily warehouse operations
• Lead, train, and provide direction to warehouse employees
• Monitor productivity and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, inventory, and material movement
• Operate a forklift safely as needed
• Interact professionally with customers and assist with questions or requests
• Maintain accurate records and complete computer‑based tasks
• Use email, Microsoft Office, and company computer systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow and enforce company safety procedures
• Address daily operational issues and communicate with management
• Lead by example and assist with hands‑on warehouse duties when needed
