Golden State Foods is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Miami to join a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse team. You will load trailers, pick orders, and lead associates while ensuring safety and accuracy in every step of the process.

Ideal candidates excel at detail, teamwork, and operating material handling equipment; forklift certification and experience with WMS/handheld scanners are preferred. Weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, and a path for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in a multi-temperature warehouse.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Comfort with varying temperatures and physical lifting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders in a high-volume warehouse.
• Support team with additional duties as needed.
