Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or US military experience.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate forklift safely.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out detailed instructions in English and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to learn and operate technology-based devices (smart phones, tablets, computers, PLCs).
• Meet or exceed production requirements based on information and equipment used.

Responsibilities

• Receive/unload and prepare/load liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars.
• Operate powered and manual forklifts (with certification) to transport product in the warehouse.
• Repackage product into proper containers for storage or shipment with proper labeling and storage.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs and record amounts of product.
• Inventory responsibility including counting and reporting deterioration or damage.
• General maintenance and ensuring a clean, safe warehouse environment.
