Job summary

Brenntag is hiring a Warehouse Operator to safely handle liquid and dry chemical products. You will load/unload from trucks, tankers, and railcars, operate forklift equipment, and ensure accurate inventory records in a fast-paced setting.

The role includes labeling and repackaging, ensuring proper storage, and strict adherence to safety regulations. A strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or US military experience.
• 2+ years of chemical operations experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out instructions in English.
• Ability to learn and operate technology-based devices (smartphones, tablets, computers, PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and load liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars.
• Operate forklifts with certification and maintain daily safety checks.
• Repackage products with correct labeling and storage per requirements.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs and inventory records.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; report discrepancies.
