Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task in field conditions.
• Must adapt to varying field requirements with minimal supervision.
• Must safely operate a company vehicle and pass pre-employment checks.
• Must be able to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work after orders are received.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy; conducts safety training.
• Discusses access, work scope, and property issues with owners; refers complex cases to supervisor.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintains customer relations through completed work and professional crew conduct.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance.
• Controls crew costs; optimizes use of people, methods, and equipment.
• Provides reports on orders, units completed, crew time, and minor damages.
• Cooperates with customers, police, and fire departments when blocking streets.
• Sets up barriers and safety measures to protect workers and the public.
