Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinate job execution with management, and enforce safety protocols at the work site. You will mentor employees, manage training, and ensure timely completion of assignments in a field setting.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to interpret job orders, obtain access, and maintain accurate records. A CDL and willingness to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Strong organization skills and multitasking ability required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safety practices per company policy and OSHA standards.
• Interacts with property owners to obtain access and discuss work details.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and ensures effective use of resources.
• Inspects and maintains tools and equipment.
• Supports incident investigations and minor damage settlements as needed.
