Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations in Wisconsin. You will coordinate hiring needs with management, train personnel, enforce safety protocols, and maintain detailed crew records.

The role requires CDL, strong leadership, and the ability to work outdoors, lifting up to 50 lbs. Competitive hourly pay is offered with a full-time, non-exempt schedule.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work independently without close supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive a company vehicle.
• Due to equipment capacity, weight limit ~300 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders are given.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA standards.
• Communicates with property owners about access, work scope, and damage notes.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Controls crew costs and reports incidents or equipment issues.
