Responsibilities

• Maintains communication with team during shift to cover tasks and assist as needed.
• Monitors and reports client behavior and safety concerns; conducts rounds and documentation.
• Assists with ADLs, medications, meals, and scheduled activities; supports crisis de-escalation when needed.
• Participates in shift exchange and reports any unusual behaviors to supervisor.
• Promotes treatment engagement and discharge goals within a multidisciplinary team.
