Responsibilities

• Input data into the electronic health record with medications and behavioral health notes.
• Prepare and administer medication doses as ordered by the physician.
• Monitor patient responses, vital signs, and withdrawal symptoms.
• Collaborate with CHR OTP team and DOC staff to deliver daily care.
