CHR is seeking a Forensic Nurse Specialist- LPN for the Department of Corrections in Enfield, CT. This full-time, on-site role supports Medication Assisted Treatment for inmates and works closely with the CHR OTP team and DOC staff to ensure high-quality care.

• Nursing education for LPN; for Per Diem LPN or RN.
• Experience: OTP nursing experience preferred, not required.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: LPN for full-time, LPN or RN for Per Diem; background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medication Assisted Treatment for inmates.
• Input data into electronic health records and related software.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patients and document vital signs and withdrawal symptoms.
