Community Health Resources (CHR) seeks a Part-time Forensic Nurse Specialist- LPN for the DOC Robinson site in Enfield, CT. The role focuses on delivering Medication Assisted Treatment to inmates, with scheduling on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays early shifts.

The position requires an LPN license, with RN per diem as a plus. Expect collaboration with the CHR OTP team and DOC staff, adherence to regulatory standards, and routine documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure required for full-time position; RN licensure acceptable for per diem.
• Experience in OTP/ MAT preferred but not required.
• Background checks as part of Department of Corrections onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medication Assisted Treatment to inmates as ordered.
• Prepare and administer medication doses per physician orders.
• Input data into electronic health record and related medication software.
• Monitor patient response, vital signs, and withdrawal symptoms.
• Coordinate with CHR OTP team and DOC staff to ensure daily MAT delivery.
• Maintain documentation per agency standards and CHR policies.
