The Vertex Companies, LLC is seeking an Electrical Forensic Engineer to investigate electrical system failures across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-related equipment. You will conduct field inspections, analyze evidence, and prepare technical reports for clients, insurers, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with no experience, or 5 years of related work without degree.
• EIT certification is required.
• PE license is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Investigate electrical system failures and incidents across various settings.
• Conduct field inspections, collect evidence, and document conditions.
• Analyze evidence and engineering data to determine causes and origins of failures.
• Prepare clear technical reports for clients, carriers, attorneys, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, maintenance records, and incident reports to support findings.
• Travel to loss sites and client locations as needed.
