Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with forensic expertise to lead investigations and provide expert analyses for insurance, legal, and industry clients. You will perform fieldwork, prepare detailed reports, and support litigation with expert testimony as needed.

The role requires handling multiple projects, strong communication, and the ability to interact with clients at various levels while upholding safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• B.S. Civil Engineering degree or higher.
• P.E. required in the state of employment or the ability to obtain it quickly.
• 2-10+ years of experience.
• Project Management and/or Field Investigation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with clients at all levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CAD/engineering software.

Mansioni

• Perform investigations and analyses of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for legal matters and claims.
• Carry out forensic assignments within civil engineering/construction as scope of work and budget.
• Conduct field investigations to determine causes of defects or failures and extent of damage.
• Prepare oral and written reports detailing findings, scope, and remediation.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with experts to produce client reports timely.
• Ensure safety procedures; maintain due diligence on projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
