Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or higher.
• P.E. license or 4th-year EIT in the state of employment or ability to obtain quickly.
• 2–10+ years of experience.
• Project management and/or field investigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze residential, commercial, and industrial properties to resolve claims and legal matters.
• Perform forensic assignments within civil engineering according to scope and budget.
• Conduct field investigations, document conditions, interview stakeholders, and review drawings and specs.
• Prepare oral and written reports; provide opinions and testimony in litigation as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with experts to produce client reports on time.
• Ensure safety, due diligence, and develop client relationships.
