Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of full-time professional experience required; 4–6 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing matter intake & ongoing communication.
• Review intakes, complaints, and supporting materials to understand case needs.
• Identify and match the most qualified experts for each engagement.
• Coordinate expert outreach, availability, and retention process.
• Draft and manage engagement letters with clients, including negotiating key terms.
• Maintain accurate records and case data within internal systems.
• Provide a high-touch client experience through thoughtful, timely, and thorough communication.
• Proactively address issues and ensure engagements progress smoothly.
• Work closely with Accounting/Finance and leadership to support active matters.
• Support additional projects and operational initiatives as the firm grows.
