Job description

Our client, a global law firm and leader in legal technology advisory services, is seeking a Forensic Project Manager to support its growing forensic and eDiscovery operations team. This role blends project coordination, client service, and litigation support responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across fast-paced legal matters. The position will coordinate scoping calls, manage statements of work and invoicing processes, oversee project timelines and deliverables, and help keep attorneys, consultants, and vendors aligned throughout the lifecycle of each engagement. The ideal candidate is polished and persistent in client communications, detail-oriented in project execution, and brings a working understanding of forensic collection workflows, including common challenges related to device types, data volumes, and collection timelines. Experience within eDiscovery, digital forensics, legal technology, or litigation support environments is strongly preferred.

Expected salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
