Park Dietz & Associates (PD&A) is seeking a Case Manager/Legal Intake Specialist to coordinate expert engagements from intake through retention with leading law firms nationwide.

This full-time role based in Irvine, CA emphasizes high-touch client service, meticulous attention to detail, and strong project coordination with PD&A experts, lawyers, and leadership to ensure cases progress smoothly and client needs are met, while supporting active matters and firm-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing matter intake & ongoing communication
• Review intakes, complaints, and supporting materials to understand case needs
• Identify and match the most qualified experts for each engagement
• Coordinate expert outreach, availability, and retention process
• Draft and manage engagement letters with clients, including negotiating key terms
• Maintain accurate records and case data within internal systems
• Provide a high-touch client experience through thoughtful, timely, and thorough communication
• Proactively address issues and ensure engagements progress smoothly
• Work closely with Accounting/Finance and leadership to support active matters
• Support additional projects and operational initiatives as the firm grows
