What You'll Do...

• Prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently
• Lead and train crew while adhering to all safety procedures
• Follow production procedures, accurately track and submit daily reports and paperwork
• Complete work orders as directed by supervisor and customer specifications
• Manage issued equipment and ensure safety in utility identification
• Adhere to company policies, standards, and guidelines
• Complete responsibilities and projects within designated timeframes
• Maintain integrity and professionalism in all matters
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Who We Are Looking For...

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are authorized to work in the United States
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You possess a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A CDL
• 3 years of experience with aerial, buried, or underground energized electrical lines
• Ability to read tape measures and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
• Experience with heavy equipment and bucket truck operation
• Ability to climb telephone poles
