What you'll do...

• Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently
• Lead and train crew while adhering to all safety procedures
• Follow production procedures, accurately track and submit daily reports and paperwork
• Complete work orders as directed by supervisor and customer specifications, on time or with alternative plans if needed
• Manage issued equipment including trucks, trailers, tools, signs, and cones
• Safely identify utilities and recognize electrical and other safety hazards in the work area
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
• Complete work responsibilities and projects within designated timeframes
• Maintain ethical standards and demonstrate integrity in all matters
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Who we are looking for...

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are authorized to work in the United States
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You possess a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A CDL
• You have 3 years of related experience with aerial, buried, or underground energized electrical lines
• You are experienced in reading engineering drawings and site plans
• You know DOT and OSHA regulations
• You are familiar with bucket truck operation and pole climbing
• You can read a tape measure and perform basic math operations
