What you'll do...

• Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently
• Lead and train crew while adhering to safety procedures
• Follow production procedures, track, and submit reports
• Complete work orders per supervisor and customer specifications
• Manage equipment including trucks, trailers, tools, and safety signs
• Identify utilities and recognize electrical and safety hazards
• Adhere to all company policies and standards
• Complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Maintain integrity and professionalism in all matters
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Who we are looking for...

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A CDL
• 3 years of experience working with energized electrical lines (aerial, buried, underground)
• Ability to read measuring devices, engineering drawings, and site plans
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
• Experience with heavy equipment and bucket trucks
• Ability to climb telephone poles
