The ideal candidate will have extensive earthwork experience across multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects, with proficiency in equipment operation, plan review, and daily job costing.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge in earthwork operations and site improvements.
• Experience with sanitary sewer, drainage, water, concrete, paving, and utility installation is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Operators and Laborers assigned to the crew.
• Operate heavy equipment as required to complete tasks.
• Review plans, details and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate manpower and equipment with Superintendents to meet schedules and budgets.
• Prepare daily reports with production, hours, and job costs.
• Ensure site safety and proper PPE usage, report incidents.
• Attend required meetings and coordinate with other crews.
